Team Children Competes in Pepsi Challenge

Long time Landmark Education graduate Roy Toperek has taken on the Pepsi Challenge for his Team Children, the organization he founded which has distributed more than 9,000 refurbished computers to children, families and organizations. The Pepsi Challenge invites people to submit great projects and ideas for the chance at a $50,000 prize to fund their idea.

In Toperek’s case, the prize would allow him to have Team Children get another 1,000 computers into the hands of children. In his case for action on the Pepsi Challenge website, he points out that it is an opportunity for low-income children to step out of poverty, and to create a model that can be replicated anywhere. Vote for Team Children and read more at the Pepsi Challenge site, and watch the video below for more information.
